First Watch, the award-winning Daytime Dining brand serving breakfast, brunch, and lunch, has opened a new restaurant at 7810 Poplar Avenue in Germantown. This expansion brings First Watch’s signature fresh, made-to-order menu and welcoming hospitality to another vibrant Tennessee community.
A Spacious New Dining Experience
The 5,200-square-foot restaurant seats more than 170 guests and features:
- A covered patio for outdoor dining
- A modern interior bar
- Bright, comfortable dining spaces designed for gatherings of all sizes
Guests will enjoy First Watch favorites such as the Million Dollar Bacon, Avocado Toast, and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, along with fresh juices and the brand’s Project Sunrise® coffee, sourced through its responsible coffee program.
Opening Week Celebration
To celebrate the Germantown opening, First Watch is offering guests unlimited coffee with their meal through Friday.
The restaurant will be open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., continuing the brand’s tradition of focusing exclusively on breakfast, brunch, and lunch.
