First Watch, the Bradenton, Florida-based leader in Daytime Dining, has expanded into a new state with the opening of its first-ever Nevada location on East Craig Road in North Las Vegas. With this launch, First Watch is now serving guests in 32 states nationwide.

The new 4,400-square-foot restaurant seats more than 200 guests and features:

  • A covered patio for outdoor dining
  • A modern indoor bar
  • A bright, contemporary dining room

Operating daily from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., the Las Vegas restaurant offers First Watch’s signature breakfast, brunch, and lunch menu made fresh-to-order.

Strategic Growth Across the U.S.

The Nevada opening comes as part of First Watch’s ambitious national expansion strategy, with the ultimate goal of operating 2,200 restaurants nationwide at a pace of roughly 10% growth per year.

  • August 2025: First Watch surpassed the 600-restaurant milestone, averaging about one new opening per week.
  • May 2025: Entered Idaho (31st state).
  • January 2025: Entered Massachusetts (30th state).

This steady expansion reinforces First Watch’s long-term strategy to grow brand awareness, market share, and accessibility for guests nationwide.
